The Alexander Technique is about movement intelligence. It’s about learning to move better – whether to improve health, increase performance, or prevent injury.

The Technique can be applied to any activity to reduce tension and strain. Think posture, yoga, and meditation, but also walking, running, and doing the dishes. It’s a 100-year-old self-care method backed by medical research.

This workshop is about the basics – a bit of history and some of the big ideas, but mainly it’s about the hands on work that is the hallmark of the Alexander Technique.
